A Gapland CLEANING BEE will be taking place (at the Rocanville Skating Rink) on
ALL league members are expected to participate. Please dress accordingly (i.e. ready to work!) and bring all your 2013 Season excitement.

Hoping to meet some like-minded derby individuals and to learn from some of the best skaters, coaches and referees in the derby community? On Saturday, April 20, 2013, the Lil’ Chicago Derby League out of Moose Jaw, SK will be hosting The BIG HIT Bootcamp. Further information can be found on their Facebook fan page, and registration for the event can be completed through Brown Paper Tickets.
There will also a Camp Pivotstar bootcamp hosted by the Winnipeg Roller Derby League on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Stay tuned for more information here!
On Saturday, May 4, 2013, CRDi and Bad Girlfriend Skates are also hosting a bootcamp in Medicine Hat, Alberta. This bootcamp will feature Hockey Honey, 8 Mean Wheeler, Mack the Mouth, Kim Janna, Cherry-oto-Fire, and Coach Lime as coaches! More information on the bootcamp can be found here.

Friends, it’s been a loooooong, cold winter, but Gapland will soon be starting up spring training for their fourth season! Stay tuned for updated information and exciting news on what’s sure to be our biggest and best season yet!

Gapland Rollers (Rocanville) vs Lil’ Chicago (Moose Jaw) @ 7:30 PM
Come join the Gapland Rollers for their Season 3 Opener during Rocanville’s annual Community Days!
Gapland’s Junior girls, the Smalltown Smashers, will be making their hometown derby debut in a mixed scrimmage with the Regina girls at 3 PM.
At 7 PM, the Gapland Rollers travel team will be hitting the track vs Estevan’s Hillbilly Hurt. Halftime entertainment will be provided by Rocanville’s own Unaccompanied Miners!
Tickets will be available on Saturday, May 12 from any members of the Gapland Rollers. Prices are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. One ticket gets you access to both bouts!

Rocanville Board of Trade and REDO will also be hosting the following community events on June 2:
